Returns:

Returns are subject to the following conditions:
If an item arrives damaged, it may be returned for replacement.
If you find that an item was misrepresented on the website, it may be returned for exchange.
If you receive the wrong product in the mail, you may return it in exchange for the correct product.
Items must be returned within 30 days with the original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for any other reasons.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be granted if the item you order is discontinued or back-ordered for more than two weeks. Or if the item you order was damaged during shipping and there is no available replacement.
Sometimes mistakes happen. If you receive an item other than what you ordered, you may return it for exchange.

Credit for shipping costs:
